EQUIXTerms of Service
Last updated: November 3, 2026 — template, please have it reviewed before launch.
1. The software
Equix Optimizer is a Windows optimization and cleaning utility by EQUIX Technology. It deletes files and changes settings only after you confirm, and you are responsible for the actions you approve.
2. License
A license lets you use the software on one PC for the subscription period you purchased. Licenses are bound to your PC (HWID) and may not be shared, resold or transferred without written permission.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Payments are processed by PayMongo (GCash, Maya or card). We do not store your card details. When a subscription ends, the app asks you to renew; your files are never deleted because of an expired license.
4. Refunds
Digital licenses are generally non-refundable once activated. If the software does not work on your PC, contact support and we will help or review a refund request.
5. FiveM and third-party software
The FiveM Cleaner only removes local files on your PC. It does not remove bans and is not affiliated with Cfx.re or Rockstar Games. Use it in line with the rules of the servers and services you use.
6. Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is”. Back up important data and keep the restore point option enabled. EQUIX Technology is not liable for data loss or damages resulting from use of the software, to the extent allowed by law.
7. Termination
We may revoke a license that is shared, abused or obtained through a reversed payment.
